There was a tragedy in my family, my Mom and brother were murdered in their home in Hampton. Bay Decon couldn't have done a better job of cleaning up. I was very pleased when I went in the house after they left and there was no trace of anything that happened with the exception of the areas of carpet and flooring that had to be removed. I hope to never use your service again for any reason like this, no offense to you or your company, but I would highly recommend your company to anyone that requires the services you provide. Your service was invaluable to me. It would have been emotionally difficult and impossible for me to have to clean the crime scene. Thank you for a great job.

"I used BAY DECON to treat a 15 x 20 storage shed used by my company. The building reeked of cat urine. I tried everything, including putting KILZ on the floor and walls. BAY DECON treated the shed, the smell has not returned."

"We used BAY DECON to treat a duplex that was waiting to be rented. The carpets were in good condition and professionally cleaned but an unpleasant smell (probably due to dogs) still permeated the house. BAY DECON treated the house. The odor is gone. We couldn’t believe it."

"Very professional. Committed to quality service. Needed to get pet urine smell out of my rental house and Bay Decon did the job. Personnel showed up as planned and on time. They were able to accommodate a tight schedule and were flexible to my time constraints. I would highly recommend this company."

"I am pleased to wholeheartedly endorse Bay-Decon and its odor neutralizing services. The company’s professional and efficient service was remarkable; the cloying stench of cat urine was eliminated from the St. Andrew’s Church rectory so effectively that visitors unaware of the previous condition could not detect any offensive smell."
